We happily take back unopened products if you changed your mind or if it’s not the item you ordered. If you purchased via  then this is in line with the eBay Money Back Guarantee when you pay with PayPal & we extend that guarantee to our other channels, including Google Merchant, Amazon & through on online store here.

In the UK you have to provide a 7 day cancellation period after delivery which is required for all online goods. (Distant Selling Regulation). However, we offer a full 30 days.

You must be the original purchaser of the product – and be able to provide an order number, or account email address. If the item was not as described we will pay the postage otherwise you’ll have to pay. The item must be sent recorded delivery & mustn’t be damaged.

Damaged goods need to have a clear photograph taken with a digital camera sent to us so we ascertain how the damage occurred. We will then take steps to resolve the situation with you, usually this is through one of the 3 following outcomes. 1) Damage claim rejected. 2) Damaged claim partially accepted. 3) Damage claim fully accepted. In the event of outcomes 2 & 3 a monetary reimbursement will be issued between zero and the full price of the item. We will also consider in event of scenario 3 a replacement alternative upon return of your damaged item to us, any returned item must be sent recorded delivery.
